Take a backup before updating.
The update is a self-extracting .zip file. When you run it, you will need to make sure that it extracts to the correct folder. Usually this will mean simply replacing the word "YOURFOLDER" with Rhino, Kudu, Oribi or Loerie.
If you are unsure which folder your folder is running from, you can check this by right-clicking on the desktop icon and going to Properties shortcut:
