1. Updating the prices in the tariff rate columns
There are a number of functions to help you update a column of rates. you can use the increase button to apply a % increase to the whole column and then check each item individually to its published rate. You can use the calculate from conversion factor function - See Help files for instructions. Also you can just simply type in the actual price on each item. Note that the DHR is available as an import for the Allied disciplines but any special column you have set up for individual funds will need to be updated manually.
2. Updating the Medical Aid % 's for those funds that use the MedAid2010 column:
There is a red up arrow on the medical aid billing info that will increase the % for just that medical aid by whatever % increase they have announced. Alternatively you can just type in the % listed in the Medaid 2019 dbf
