If the program opens and cannot find its database it will give you this message. If the computer you are working on is the server machine then you can just enter
localhost
and the connection should be re-established.
If you are running on a client machine that connects to the server then type in the name of the server computer.
If this does not solve the problem it will probably be accompanied my the other error
