Symptom: You try to apply the upgrade by clicking 'Upgrade now'  and the new upgrade file downloads and then says ' extracting files', but the program does not restart.  When you start it again the version number has not changed.


Cause:  Your AntiVirus is blocking the download


Solution:  Pause the AntiVirus for 10 mins and try again (works easily with NOD Eset)

                or 

                Add the program C:\Program Files (x86)\MTM\prnum\Upgrade.exe to the AV exception list.  also add the whole folder.


In the case of an extremely stubborn AV that will not allow the upgrade through, you can do it manually from the Downloads Chapter
