Symptom: You download the ProfUpdate.exe (or ProgOnly.exe) file and run it but when you open your program the file date has not changed.
Cause: The update is a self extracting zip file and you need to specify where the file must be placed. Usually this just involves changing YOURFOLDER in the default extract path c:\mtm2\YOURFOLDER to either Kudu or Rhino or Oribi or Loerie. But if your program is installed to a different folder then you need to find the correct place to extract to.
Solution: Right click on your Desktop icon and go to properties. the target on the shortcut will tell you the correct folder. Select that to extract to.
