Cause: Program needs admin rights to run
Symptom: On opening the program gets stuck on the Loading.... screen
Solution: Right click on the desktop shortcut icon. Choose Properties then Compatibility. Switch on 'Run as Admin'. (Note Run in compatibility mode must be off.
