Cause: The program is looking for a printer that is no longer available under Windows.  This problem is mostly restricted to the Professional version.  In the synergy version all the printer is being updated to new more sophisticated routines where this will not occur.


Symptom :  Message as above 


Solution:  Set the correct printer in the Printer setup with the Change Printer button.  (Note that in the Prof version there are 2 settings - 1 for reports and 1 for statements and both should be checked.)


Sometimes the Change Printer button will not function.  In these case the problem is resolved by editing the file MTMPrinters.ini in the Application folder and setting the printer index to 0(first printer in Windowslist)  or -1(default)



In Professional there are 2 printer indexes to set

You can ignore the Pre-printed paper setting as it is no longer used
