If you have a Gmail address here are the settings
Username = your full email address
SMTP = smtp.gmail.com
Port = 587
Mode = SSL
IT also usually works on Port 465 mode TLS.
After entering the settings you will need to go into your Gmail account and Allow access for less secure apps.
